Opposite Feelings – Fear Compared with Love

We all think thoughts. When we think opposing thoughts, we can habitually affect brain chemistry imbalances. For example, when we think fear thoughts, we feel fear feelings. Feeling fear causes a rise in cortisol and lowers serotonin, testosterone and oxytocin levels. To feel content we MUST have balanced brain chemistry levels. So refusing to express fear feelings to release them about the unknown just keeps you stuck increasing cortisol and misbalancing other brain chemistry. Now what do you suppose happens when you think love and respect thoughts?

 

By thinking love and respect thoughts we feel love and respect feelings. When we believe in love, we FEEL calmer. Understanding which thoughts to think to feel genuinely happy and then thinking them is an aspect of following the universal vibratory matching laws.

 

Each thought we think is actually accompanied by a thought vibration. To FEEL good vibrations, we need to THINK good thoughts about possibilities. Avoiding situations, people, places or doing certain actions you PERCEIVE threaten you somehow, causes inner worry. Inner worry causes brain chemistry imbalance. Causing brain chemistry imbalance is a vibratory mismatch with your body’s natural design to be well.

 

You may have conditioned yourself to believe certain activities or being involved in certain relationships or situations that are actually only behaviors you consider inconvenient to your way of doing things can harm you somehow. Inconvenience to your way of doing things is not actually a threat. Looking for options in a challenge can turn it around to your favor to transform those misperceptions into good vibrations.

 

Feel afraid that by doing a certain activity or being involved in a certain situation or relationship will trap you into behavior that works against your well being? If so, you may avoid participating in those events. When you avoid instead of confront and respectfully resolve these issues, YOU are actually the one limiting your options to being well.

 

When you program your mind to feel threatened during situations that are mainly misunderstood ideas, you also may feel vulnerable. No one likes to feel vulnerable. So, you may develop the habit of feeling panicky when even THINKING about those sensitive issues for you. Panicking is also no fun.

 

Any perceived relationship “threats” will probably continue to have power over you as long as you keep allowing yourself to feel intimidated by it. The practical answer to the situation is doing something different to resolve the situation in a way that favors the people, place, situation or relationship involved. This often requires being honest and confronting the issue to do things a different way. When you accept that improving the quality of life in a situation requires a change in thinking, the fear dissolves and love returns. Forgiveness, trust, honesty and flexibility can all help work WITH challenging situations.

 

The energy you create thinking an upsetting thought or series of thoughts keeps the idea chattering in your mind. You trap that energy and you feel like you are spinning your wheels and getting nowhere. Understanding how the science of vibratory matching works helps you move forward in life. Love, not fear, moves you forward. Choose to promote love. It will result in inner peace.
